Kaarea Oy is an in-house company that started its operations at the beginning of 2019. The company provides support services to its owner-clients in the wellbeing services county, municipalities, and cities. Kaarea’s owners include the City of Turku, the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (Varha), the City of Pargas, the City of Uusikaupunki, and the Municipality of Aura. We employ more than 800 professionals across the Southwest Finland region.

Kaarea’s purpose is to enable our owner-clients to focus on their core activities. Our operating model guarantees service quality while creating cost savings and enabling agile development.

We provide food, cleaning, facility, and property services throughout the Southwest Finland region. As an in-house service provider, we serve our owner-clients in a cost-effective and customer-oriented manner.
