Close collaboration in administration

I work in Kaarea’s administration, where I’m responsible for financial management, procurement, and IT. My tasks vary, but mostly involve reporting, operational planning and development, and managing support services. I also collaborate closely with other departments.

Our team consists of experts, and we have a good collaborative atmosphere. Kaarea is a low-hierarchy organisation with a relaxed atmosphere. We’re a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and is happy to help out a colleague.

One of the main reasons that our work atmosphere is so good is that we’ve come together to develop values that fit our mentality and actions.
